Actually, I have a version that I can't get uploaded to my gdnet space (things in the control panel don't want to respond right now) that z-sorts, alters the radius of the balls proportional to the z depth, and darkens the ball the further away it gets. The effect is really nice and makes differentiation between balls possible where there would be too many for a normal 2D scene (i.e. it looks like a box of bouncing balls instead of a jumbled mess).

Yeah, I had been thinking about doing something like that. One of the interesting things is that the Droid has tilt sensors, so might end up making a tiny, little VR system out of this.
