Need Feedback - Art For Western Game
Your art looks pretty good.
Though the cowboy characters lack emotion. Hank seems to have postponed his reaction to being shot by taking a nap. It might help to draw a few sets of faces with various expressions. You could take a look at an art site for character expression sheets. Also gravity seems strangely absent - the lines of action could use a workout: http://johnkstuff.blogspot.com/uploaded_images/pbanimation07-749469.jpg
This is what elves should look like in every elf game. Vacant and terrifying.

On his adventure, Rolin runs into a few elves. In the picture above there's an elf, the Elf King, and an elf assassin

It's a fun style. [smile] I cannot really imagine how one would animate it, but maybe some oldskool pivot animation would fit right in, or whatever you call Southpark's original style of animation before they got sophisticated. The characters that are on transparent backgrounds have some white artifacts around the edges, so you should probably check your method of turning them into cut-outs, it's not working cleanly.
I want to help design a "sandpark" MMO. Optional interactive story with quests and deeply characterized NPCs, plus sandbox elements like player-craftable housing and lots of other crafting. If you are starting a design of this type, please PM me. I also love pet-breeding games.
