Hey, I'm an artist looking to get some work, just for some recognition. I don't currently showcase my work anywhere, but I'm sure I could do this quite easily on somewhere like Blogspot. But anyway, my point being, how would you guys recommend getting attention and work around here? I'm studying for a national diploma at college and was top of my class at G.C.S.E level and I specialise in Sci-Fi and fantasy work, but I do anything :] Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me. 1) I don't see your portfolio linked in your sig. It should be.

2) There is a Help Wanted forum here on GameDev.net. Find a promising project and volunteer.

3) Are you a member of cgsociety.org? If not you should be. There are a lot of amazingly talents professional people on there.
