3D version of Secret of Mana please.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I couldn't stand Onion Boy!!! And special attacks where flapjacks fall from the sky?!?!?!?!

My friend swore by that game, said it was the best thing since sliced bread. Sat me in front of a Dreamcast and tried to get me to play it. But I just... couldn't... stand... onion boy!

An impressive feat since Secret of Mana was a SNES game.

PWN'D!

(note: it's possible he was playing the game from an SNES emulator for the DC)

Easy;
Freespace 1 and 2 for remakes, Freespace 3 for a sequel!

I mean, how can you argue with an intro video
">like this!

edit: damn, if that video still doesn't give me chills watching it...

I am still scratching my head why there has been no updated version/sequel to Heretic. It was a FPS back in the original Doom days where you played as a spell-caster, so instead of guns, you were nuking monsters and other players with spells. Could you imagine how cool that would be if remade today with next-gen graphics and solid gameplay? It would be amazing! Why have they not done it?!

A little old already but they HAVE done it.

I would love to play a sequel to Diablo 1 that doesn't suck.

torchlight has been out for a bit, feels more like a sequel to Diablo 1 than Diablo 2 did

Sorry, I should have actually said that I meant a modern remake for the whole series (although I liked the Heretics more than the Hexens). Even Hexen 2
">looks ancient
by today's standards. As it should for being made in 1997. But I would love to see it done today with a top-notch engine with modern "Oh #$%#!" graphics, effects and gameplay. I just think there is so much that could be done with it. Considering that it is based on magic instead of weapons, I could see a gigantic pile of gameplay mechanics that have never been used in an FPS before.

I hope they do a GOOD sequel (or even a remake with better graph) of Chrono Trigger.

Uh... Chrono Cross?

The game is really, really good. It just has a bad rep because it's compared to Chrono Trigger. It's not worse, it's just.. different. Like a side-grade. Same thing happened with Deus Ex: Invisible War (although in this case Deus Ex was better simply because it wasn't designed for a console).

Agree. Wow, I remembered Hexen 2's graphics a lot better. Time goes so quick lately...
descent. forsaken. and espencially outcast.

other than that, yeah, ocarina of time with new graphics would be awesome. i can play old games with bad graphics, but these are at the limit of whats acceptable :)
