Online portfolio

Hi everyone. I had a very dated online portfolio and decided I should update it. I will post back here for feedback when I'm done, but I have a few questions to start with: 1. For e-mail, is it considered a bad idea to use an image displaying my e-mail as opposed to text? It prevents copy/paste but it also prevents spammers. Should I do that and something like: Someemail AT somedomain ? 2. What pages should? I have: skills, projects, biography, contact me - any others? 3. Assuming I should have a skills page - what should be there? Should I list off my programming knowledge/experience? 4. Should 'projects' be a page strictly for projects, or would code examples be useful too? Should it have its own section? 5. Is there a 'too much' information? I thought that it might be useful to have a lot of information available (but organized well and progressively displayed) so the viewer can learn as much or as little as they want. Thanks a LOT for any responses!
