I bought an Enterprise Edition of Visual Studio but it didn''t come with any documentation. What is the best book to get on understanding and changing the Visual C++ 6.0 compiler options? I saw there was a huge VC++ 6.0 reference package but it was over $100, is this the best or are there others? Any help would be great. Thanks!
