Program to capture my editor in Qt and OpenGL
Hi friends!
I use FRAPS to capture my games, but FRAPS does not capture my level editor (Qt and OpenGL)(menus, bars, dialogs)...
What program do you recommend me?
Thanks a lot.
I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die.
Or how to capture any programs, that don't have "game loop", I don't know how they are called. (I mean where there are no bufferswappings, just draw everything over and over the screen, like very old dos programs). Or have to use a good web cam...
for the past while I've been using "aviscreen classic" by bobyte
it's not great but it gets the job done 'til i can be bothered finding something better

You're after screencasting type software. Here's an article with various different programs. Hopefully you find one that works out for your needs. Also, if you're in Linux by chance, there's something called recordMyDesktop that's pretty simple. Good luck.
