I'm seeing very clearly, it's pretty bizarre, almost painful to see this clearly.
My eyes get really dry at night, it's not safe to go anywhere with out eye drops or i feel like i wont make it home alive.
I've also started to "push my glasses up" more and more now. I didnt try to adjust my imaginary glasses once the first day. On the second day when my phone would ring i'd do the usually glasses push up as the phone went towards my face. And later that night i'd try to take my glasses off before i went to sleep, and every time i roll over i'm like oh my glasses are... wait a second..
So bizarre. It's like a super power really..
Yeah I guess I'm waiting for the pill form of Lasik of the future where you swallow a pill and nanobots go to work and you wake up with 20/20 vision no surgery required LOL !
The clockwork orange apparatus from the previous page will make today's method look like medieval torture in comparison LOL...

I could have gone to another place and insurance would have covered a part of it. But that place is less reputable than the one i went to, also cheaper. So i paid more, got no coverage, but i do get free "enhancements" for life. The place also really lived up to their reputation for quality.
For example, apparently it's almost unheard of patients to receive a non prescription contact lense after the lasik operation, which the place i went to gave me. Everything is going as well as anyone could hope at this point.
I'm definitely doing mine in the upcoming months although I will only do PRK due to certain sports / martial arts which you definitely don't want to do after having LASIK. So I'll have to go through the long healing period and a few people who had PRK have told me that it hurts like crazy for a good 3-4 days :( It's just that after a lot of research and talking to a lot of people it was basically, if I go the LASIK route no more boxing, muay thai, or jiu jitsu unless I don't mind a large risk of the flap dislodging :( Otherwise I'd do that in a second because the healing time with PRK does suck.
Also note that the actual stat on long term itchy eyes is actually in the 40% camp if you look at the true stats and not just the marketing jibberish... but again that highly depends on where you get it done as the more reputable places have slim to no issues whereas the cheap 500 dollar special places have a ton.
