Hello everyone. I am interested to know whether there are some kind of taxes in an MMO project. If you would register a private limited liability company in US or UK and have an online subscribers based MMO project, what would be your taxes, fees?? Any help appreciated.

Talk to a tax accountant.
Also, here in the US the government has an administration dedicated to helping small businesses get answers to questions. Maybe your government has something like that too.

The same as for any other company. You would pay tax on the profits just as you would any other business. How much tax will depend on how much profit you make and the particular local tax laws - As Tom points out you will need to talk to an accountant if you want more details of local tax laws in the area you intend to base your company.
