Any of you guys crazy enough to attend bloodstock heavy metal festival this year? it was epic.

Eh. Maybe I'm just not into this kind of thing. I like that song but how is a band playing their own song epic? When I saw Final Countdown I thought, SWEET, some metal band will be playing this song and everyone going nuts. Then I saw it was Europe and I just got disappointed.

Am I missing something? Should I watch the whole video to see the epic-ness?

everyone was going nuts, europe are a fantastic band (they are metal aswell) and the final countdown is an epic track. What more do you need?

I was thinking of going to Wacken Open Air here in germany.

Probably quite comparable to Bloodstock, though I have to admit that you have the better lineup this year ;)

Missed out on it, though. For some reason, I hate crowds and I'm always changing my mind when the time comes to buy a ticket.

Seeing Kreator, Enslaved, Satyricon and Girlschool(OMG) would make me a happier person. I agree that Bloodstock has the better line up this year compared to Wacken
