Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone here has any knowledge on MSc's in Games Development. In specific, I've applied for both MSc Compter Games Technology in University Abertay Dundee, and MSc Interactive Entertainment Technology in Trinity College Dublin. The TCD one has a fairly good website and the subjects/modules covered are listed and well described. The Dundee one, not so much. Has anyone attended either of these courses? I can't comment on the Dublin course because I know absolutely nothing about it, but as someone that works in the Scottish games industry, I can tell you that Abertay is well respected by games companies, and has good links with companies in the local area (of which there are many).
