Defending the Constitution...from what, exactly?
All of that unconstitutional spending ..... like the kind that Ron Paul rails against!

[Nevermind that it is Ron Paul himself who turns around and puts in a fuckton of those "unconstitutional" spending requests into legislation personally; it's not like he ever railed that he'd "continue in my uncompromising opposition to appropriations not authorized within the enumerated powers of the Constitution" or anything.
O rly?
Srsly?

Yup... he sure does stand behind letting that free market thingie work ]

To be honest, the people that make accusations of the government being unconstitutional, breaking laws...being born in Kenya...killing old people...remind me of Frances McDormand's character in
">Burn After Reading.

E.g. people who know about the government, but have no fucking idea what it actually does or how it works. But they listen to Glenn Beck and eat every word because...the man on the magical light and sound box said so...it must be true. Right...right...?

Libertarians popped up primarily because recently people are noticing that Government is getting bigger.

I have a sneaking suspicion that rather than a sudden revelation the government has passed some critical point their motives are more along the line of if we can't run the show no one can.

Well, not so much "just because Glenn Beck said it" -- but, but, but ... the MAN CRIED ABOUT IT. You can't tell me that someone would get that passionate about something they just pulled out of their ass!

Depends on the size of his paycheck. He is a paid nutcase. You show me a man crying on television and I'll show you a man wearing a hat with tea bags stapled to it.
Pay no attention to the onions!!!

I'm really enjoying LessBreads contributions to this thread. They're by far his most concise and sensible posts in the lounge in my memory. [grin]

Ohh, I see. And his batshit insanity serves as a substitute for [insert drama show here]. Makes sense.

absolutely. Watching political nutcases implode in themselves is much more entertaining to me than any reality show could ever be
Okay, but just one more thing. Why do you keep posting his bullshit here? It's GameDev, not Republican Trolling Hour. It's not even like you make any attempt to find out the truth.

On the bright side, you do actually post relevant things, which is a hell of a lot more than can be said about some of the idiots around the Lounge.
