What do you think about Rock Band's creator

see this: http://creators.rockband.com Where do you see this going? It looks very promising on paper... But could it end up like XNA? (namely, with a vast majority of crappy content not worth paying for) The skills necessary to create a song chart are (?) far less extensive than those needed to create (design, program, etc.) a game though, so quality content could be appearing more easily... Do you think music majors will see that as a viable new way of massively distributing music? Do you see that as a potential Guitar Hero (and other similar games) killer?

I would argue the opposite. The easier it is to create something, the more people who don't have the adequate skill or talent will attempt it.
