Ex done stole my wii!

This didn't happen to me but a very close friend of mine. He left his wii at his girl friend's apartment with several games and four controllers. She apparently got drunk at a party and had sex with some dude, my friend broke it off and now she won't give it back. He didn't give it to her as a gift, what can he do to get it back?
