Another idea: a full-body version of Dance Dance Revolution.

It would be like full body tetris. The user would have to basically have to "dance". The algorithms should be good enough to do this now.

Yes. There's a reason why the Wiimote now comes in a soft silicone protective casing. A few too many TVs were smashed due to flying Wiimotes.
