So you're telling us you, the guy hired to do something, doesn't know how to do it. Nor do the people you work with know how to do what you need. So now the unknowledgeable have hired the unknowledgeable and have come to find they know nothing, so they have ventured onto a website to see what random person might know some kind of something related to what they are trying to do, but don't know how to. This random person not getting paid to teach you to do what you are paid for but don't know how to do.

Not saying I have any answers for you but, damn that is a bad place to be. Plus it explains a whole heaping lot about the Xerox (and to some extent fuji) software at work being so riddled with stupid bugs that one must weep out of frustration and WTFizim.

I happen to work at a place that has been watching Fuji implode like a hollow marshmallow under a hot brick. Going from an asset to dead weight in no time flat. This hasn't helped my opinion. The whole death spiral of the company that even used to cut my checks, is very saddening.
