What's up with it? No news on it in a while. I guess kids are not dying anymore around there. Good.

I don't get it... Which part is the punch-line?

You know, it's not a joke. It's that people bitch about this stuff when the TV tells them to bitch about it.

Just because I'm bitching about it out-tempo, makes me a drunk/crazy/illiterate latin brown skinned sob.

The conflict has been permanent ever since the creation of Israel within Palestine. See Wikipedia:
Quote: Since 1948 the choice of term Israel versus Palestine is often politically loaded and, depending on the context, can arouse fierce controversy.[4]. Specifically, the use of "Israel" or "Eretz Yisrael" to refer to pre-1948 Palestine is strongly identified with the Israeli side and the use of "Palestine" to refer to modern Israel is wholly identified with the Palestinian side in what became the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict.

Are you asking if some particular news-story has been resolved, or if the inhabitants of the region have resolved the question of who stole land from who?
I'm just asking why nobody is bitchin about it anymore. Can you answer that?

I guess the status-quo isn't newsworthy.

Half a million kids died in Iraq from trade-embargoes in the 90's, even though there was no news on it.
