I've been watching the Babylon 5 series from the beginning. But now that I've reached the end of season 4, I'm having a lot of trouble figuring out what order to watch the rest of it. I tried using IMDB to sort them by date, and this is what I came up with:

1993/02/22 - Movie: The Gathering
1994/01/26 - Season 1
1994------ - Season 2
1995------ - Season 3
1997/10/01 - Season 4
1998/01/04 - Movie: In the beginning
1998/01/21 - Season 5 episodes 1 - 17 (17 on 1998/06/17)
1998/07/19 - Movie: Thirdspace
1998/10/28 - Season 5 episode 18
1998/11/04 - Season 5 episode 19
1998/11/08 - Movie: River of Souls
1998/11/25 - Season 5 episode 22
1999/01/03 - Movie: Call to arms
1999/06/09 - Crusade series (1 - 13)
2002/01/19 - Movie: Legend of the Rangers

Can anyone provide any information about the order? I've never seen a show air two episodes in between two movies (third space, river of souls). Are the TV episodes just extras or filler as the movies play? Or are the movies just specials/extras themselves? Did I get the creation dates mixed up with the air dates? Can anyone help me determine the best order to watch these? Any information is appreciated

As I recall the movies are mostly extras. I always recommend watching everything in order of air date even though the internal chronology will jump around a bit.
