Ok... so you just dropped the summary of my OS book's scheduler chapter into the window...
AND? sorry if I don't see a point in that (much like some of your past posts that don't seem to say anything, thus making me hesitant to respond to this post).
Most of your posts seem really "troll"ish to me, if only because you don't seem to have questions or solid, well thought out, points. But, there is a lot of rambling with singular, unexplained, ideas (3d memory again?)
