Converting 3ds Max Biped Animation to Lerp Animation

Hi everyone, I'm working with this 3D web applet software called Hypercosm for a simulation project. We have motion captured biped data that we would like to implement. However, while Hypercosm accepts linear-interpolation animation data, it does not support the use of the Skin or Physique modifier. It says it only supports the use of "optimized modifiers", although I haven't been able to find anyone else that refers to them as that. So my question is this: assuming we split up the joints of the model, is there a way we could convert the animation of the biped into linear interpolation for each part of the model's body?
