Don't limit yourself to a single search engine. Try them all.
Also, don't limit yourself to the exact spelling, try a few variations.
Next, pay a visit to your country's trademark office web site. Search for the name and variations of the name in there, too.
Search a few other major country's trademark office web sites as well.
Keep a record of all the places you searched, and the names you searched for.
Also, check that individual words are not legally protected (ie: bank, trust, etc) although this is rarely a problem with games.
If you still can't find it then you've done a diligent search for the name, you can't find it either in use or in commerce or registered, then keep your documentation of your search and use the name.
