[java] Java programming question
I bought the Java programing for dummies,which lets you program in java 2.If i started learning it within the next week or so does anyone think it would be possible for me to complete a game by the end of summer?

That''s if you are not a (complete) newbie to programming (ie you know another lang or have taken a CS course) and you start off with a simple game .... not a massive online multiplayer rpg or something crazy like that.

yes, if you make a very simple game. Also don''t try to code it perfectly or even well. Just get it done at any cost, seriously that''s how to do it.
I made small tetris and arkanoid clones in the first 2 weeks of getting a Java book. I''ve programmed other langs before though.
