Hi, I'm wondering if there's a program that can convert a video to a bunch of images. Bmp's would be ok and maybe the option of telling it how many seconds between each picture. I'd like it to same to files like Image001.bmp and so on. Any suggestions? Brain21

Adobe Premier Elements can, and it's got plenty of options on how to do it, if I remember correctly.

Are there anyones that are free or low cost. Adobe Premier Elements is a little expensive for what I want to do

I did try that. I don't know how I missed it! Most of the ones I've tried can save one screenshot, but not all of them to file.

http://www.virtualdub.org/ has a command File->Export->Image Sequence that will give you images for each frame of your video.
