where i can download help files from DirectX SDK and OpenGL help about it's functions?
(i need only them, not whole SDK)
Or, can somebody upload them somewere?

Have a look at www.opengl.org for OpenGL documentation. I'm not sure if you can download only the SDK documentation for DirectX, but you could have a look at www.microsoft.com/directx/

If it's not available there, contact me and I'll upload it somewhere.
