thanks, I have no idea on how to contact such court, so most likely I'll just have to settle with starting an original tank game. Fortunately, this entire project is just beginning, but I had my sights set on Battletanx.

well, I did some serious google'ing and found that Trip Hawkins owns the rights to BattleTanx and BattleTanx:Global Assualt so we're going to develop our own tank fighting game. Thanks for all the help though guys, hope to have something to show soon!
