What currency are you quoting that price in? Also shipping to where he is could get expensive after import taxes and stuff, but still if that is USD, thats way too high. What other services come with it?

The currency is USD $$$. I'm in Kenya, East Africa. The PC would be imported through DHL/Fedex which are the most expensive but takes 3 working days (Mmmhh I need to know the exact rates...). As far as I know there is no tax on importing computer stuff in my country.
No other services come with it.
By the way I need 4 such PCs with at least those specs.
