Well as far as climate goes, it has been changing a lot the last couple years. This year for example we never really had a summer so to speak. We had a few sunny days but for the most part it was cloudy / overcast for a good portion of the summer. Last summer was really hot with lots of beautiful days.

There definitely isn't huge temperature swings though. Maybe by a couple degrees but for the most part temperature here is usually pretty steady.
