It doesn't really say anything. Its a bit like saying that "water is a watery thing". Also how how does this fit with what your company does?

"A company full of intellectuals, what good are they at getting stuff done?"
That could be a response to anything involving "intellectual".
It's probably been used a load of times, but I like the implicit irony of "Intelligent design".

Trust me, there is a whole lot of unintelligent design out there. For example, one of my recent projects had been passed around to a different group every two years for reasons unknown. That project had a very unintelligent design. I much prefer the intelligent variety.
I would fervently hope that any Deity would use the intelligent variety.
To be honest, it reminds me of a tatoo I saw down a girls arm the other day, proudly and prominently displayed, which read: "The cure for ignorance is knowledge."
Me and my friend thought of potential other tatoos... "The cure for hunger is sustenance.", "The cure for sleepiness is sleep.", etc.
What's the slogan meant to convey? Maybe if you're trying to play up some quirky aspect of your company that is appealing to intellectuals, you could shorten it just to "It's an intellectual thing," to avoid the redundant bit, but I can only see that making sense in a very few cases from my perspective.

Quote:I wonder if a company in the Bible Belt would get more custom just from having that slogan when they advertise...
