Major speed improvement...
I don't know whether or not this was mentioned in the past or not, but i'm sure we've all noticed the time it takes from going to different screen sizes. So, instead of making our screen go to the size of the window, which takes lots of time. Why not make the window fit the screen?

int ysize=GetSystemMetrics(SM_CYSCREEN);
Because :
1) Rendering at a lower resolution is faster
2) Rendering at a higher resolution looks better.
Thus most people don't use the same resolution in games as they do on their desktop.
