Is a PCI Graphics Card for your Desktop, Laptop, and/or both?
Desktop. You generally can't change the graphics chip/card in a laptop.

They are for desktops more than 10 years old, or for those that want to run 3 monitors.
PCI cards usually have abysmal performance. On a computer less than a few years old, you might even get worse performance out of it than the on-board motherboard graphics. That's happened to me once. Get AGP or PCIe if you can. Sure it's not PCIe?

I think I saw a graphics card...I think it was PCI express.
