yip. best way to get normal/bump maps is to make them yourself. If you have something like brick, really easy to do. Open up your photo editor, import your picture/texture that you have already, and convert it to gray scale. Increase the contrast a little, and if it comes out in reverse in your engine (like the brick are imprinted and the mortar juts out), open that photo editor back up, import your gray scale normal map, and invert the colors.
thnx you both. i thought its far from easy, but im happy to see its not entirely true. in fact i need only height maps becouse normal maps can be easily computed from them.

the point is, i can make those heightmaps by hand editing the diffuse textures you have, then i can generate them using a few photoshop tricks and nvidia's plugin. nvidia's plugin works quite well, however it requires a bit of tweaking to geta good normal map, but like i said, if you want me to make you some i can.

not sure if you mean it in the sense of "You now have an e-mail!" or if you're asking for my e-mail, either way:

The answer is simpler than that. CrazyBump seems to be a MUCH better solution than the NVidia plugin. It won't be free forever, as its only in beta at the moment, but you can already make some fantastic looking bump/normal maps with very little effort. The NVidia becomes obselete, imo, with this tool. I can't remember where I first saw a link to it, but he should post for image of the day here to spread the knowledge about it.
