Unless you're writing an AI that can practice law and also successfully argue in court that it isn't practicing law.
Oh... and many types of lawyers never see the inside of a courtroom.

Ah, the true challenge is to write an AI that can argue in a court of law that it isn't practicing law (and it does nothing else but this)! ;)

The purpose of the Turing test is to determine if an AI can convincingly imitate a human, so I don't see how an artificial lawyer will help here.
