Head
Crits for a head I am working on (trying to practice human anatomy. I'm just getting some time back to work on stuff like this. Thanks
Cranium is a little too big i think. Been a long time since i studied proportions but i think the distance from the top of the skull to the eye line should be about the same or less than the distance from the eye line to the bottom of the chin. You're eye->top is maybe 5% longer than the eye->chin: makes it look a little alien.

Thats a very basic rule of thumb, not completely accurate but generally your correct. Thats what those proportioning bars in the lower right corner are for.
Looks like the back bulges out a little too much.

Overall this is very good, I'm just nitpicking.
I'm not sure how detailed you want your model, but the ear lacks detail a little. I've done a quick paintover to show you what I mean. Minimally I would add an anti-targus, I've added a pick of my ear to show what I'm talking about. The targus is the pierced bump I have in front of my ear canal. The anti targus is the bump that is opposite it, lower and to the back, your model doesn't have one which makes it's ear look too round and without a lobe.
The changes I did in green (deeper brow and shaper nose wings) are changes that I would do, but humans being very different from one another, the ones you did do exist, I just like deeper brow and sharper nose wings better.

It's good. Really good.
If I had to nitpick, I'd mention a couple of things that I would change if it was my own work. But that is a matter of opinion and taste more then any real problems.
As qitsune mentioned, the ear looks a little unnatural.
The shape of the head (forehead and cranium) reminds me of an Egyptian bust. That can be good if you are going for a slightly exotic look.
The profile has the nose protuding out further then I would normally draw it. Not that it is unnatural looking, just a matter of taste. Similarly the front of the forehead ( between the eyes) protudes a bit more then I usually like to have it. I tend to make them a bit flatter.
I will stress though, that these suggestions are a matter of taste and the type of look you are going for. It looks fine as it is.

Updates for today, haven't attached the new ear, but modeled one off the reference provided, thanks alot for that by the way.
I think the forehead is just a bit too sloped, and your might shrink the cranium a little bit.
