The Track itself sounds good. (if it was ment for an artist then the volume mixing sounds good, just needs a bit more eq.)
But since this is a gamedev forum you probally want this to go inside a game. then i think the volumes of the main melody need to be a bit lower. and lower the volume on the strings a bit.
About mixing, the most important thing is the velocoties of every sounds, when mixing put your volume a bit lower so you can hear everything precisely. putting your volume loud is the most common mistake made. you won't notice every sound change you make.
First song with FL Studio, comments please
I like it :). It would work great in a game. I like the use of electronic sounds and like how it is kind of dark and tense without feeling cold/industrial with the use of fast, warm and soft drums.

essial, after listening to the original MP3 you posted, I feel compelled to conclude that it's nothing short of awesome. How long have you been composing for? You mentioned that this was your first attempt at using FL Studio, but your music suggests that you're quite experienced in the electronica production department. Did you previously use another program?
I have no criticisms to offer, other than that "Basstic" is my favourite piece of whatever-genre-it-is music. I don't normally listen to electronica, but wow! I truly enjoyed it. Links to more of your music would be fantastic.

Hi, I would just like to say that I too also love this piece. And for an added effect, try playing the revamped version at about halfway through the original piece. It sounds pretty cool!
Hey, I just listened to your song, and I must say, I like it a lot. Very cool synth song. I'd like to hear more of your songs, if you have any. =P
