How does Baldur's Gate handle day/night?
I''m curious about baldur''s Gate''s day/night.
Does Baldur''s gate handle day and night by having two sets of tiles (day and night) for every map, or does it use hardware alpha blending on day tiles or something to simulate night?

Im pretty sure Baldurs Gate was software only, so my guess is that when rendering each pixel, they changed the colour of it based on the time of day.
