Maya Student Edition

Does anyone know if Autodesk still has the student deal on Maya, or has it all changed over to the PLE edition? I looked on their website but couldn't find any information. I suppose I might go to the college bookstore and ask around...

Still has? I didn't know there was ever a student edition of Maya. They haven't for the past few generations of it, at least. If you want free, you'll have to go with PLE.

I don't believe there is a separate edition but there is a version priced for students here
Oh and the PLE edition was/is a special watermarked for personal use edition not student edition AFAIK.

Wow, I didn't even realize that there was a super discounted version out for students! I get Maya from school.
