What is the most impressive AI application that you have seen to date? What projects have made you go "wow" how did it know that? Im trying to get a feel for where the AI state of the art is at the moment.

In games, I usually find myself saying, "Wow, how could it have been so stupid?" Seen lots of odd glitches with in-game AI...

As for real world AI, I think Honda's ASIMO robot is pretty impressive. Check out ASIMO's capabilities/intelligence here. Very impressive.
