Anyone know why this is happening and How I can fix it? Some times the textures are on upside down!!! Look in my screen shot.

Textures upside-down are usually due to the UV's being flipped vertically on some faces, if possible select the faces and flip the UV's vertically but until we see the pic its kinda hard to help ;)

Yes, we can see them. What exactly is the problem with your textures? I mean, what are they supposed to look like? Like PsionicDesign said, it probably has to do with the UVs.

You could indeed select the affected polygons and flip the textures in Face mode.
