Can anyone point me in the direction on some resources regarding how to do NAT Traversal over a UDP connection. I tried google but mainly got MS's NAT traversal API information and a few cryptic white pages. Thanks.

How about you check the Forum FAQ? Note that another word for "traversal" is "punch-through".
