Hello I'm looking for a free 2d animation tool/program that runs on windows. I'm thinking of somethig similar to the products of these companies: Toon boom Bauhaus software The only free one I have found googling is this one: KToon But it only runs on unix, and I'm currently running windows. Some of the animations on the Gallery page are awesome! I was planning to evaluate Toon Boom sometime in the coming week (I get my tablet this week - finally!), so thanks for the heads up on PAP (and to LizardCPP for Bauhaus).

I think this thread should be a sticky. Very good info for aspiring 2d game and animation creators such as myself.
