Hey, Just wanted to figure out what everybody is into and are willing to play. Why does everybody like the medeival/fantasy types of mmorpg's? Yet fewer people play the sci-fi kind like Matrix Online, or Star Wars Galaxies? Is it the magic-style stuff? People just seem to like the general concept of fantasy games. Another thing, I can't stand turn-based fighting anymore. Hack 'n' Slash games are also getting old. I like when skill is invovled in the fighting, especially in PvP. Also, I'm trying to design a game in the caveman period, with spears as weapons ans all that. Kind of like the game B.C. that was going to come out for Xbox until the lead designer retired. Any thoughts?
