Texturing tools
OK here's the deal, once in a while I do some graphic programing for fun, and then I nead to make my own art. I got two questions about that. 1.) How do I most effectivly texture a model made in 3dsmax, the texture does'nt have to be of best quality since I just nead it for myself, productionspeed is most important? 2.) If I want to animate the textures, what tools should I use? Thank you for your time:)

Are you asking how to create textures for a model, or rather how to actually texture an existing model?
Check the Tutorials & Downloads sticky of this forum (Visual Arts) on texturing models. As far as creating your own textures, this is a very broad topic...

Sorry that was'nt a very clear question, I reformulate. When I texture a model I do it like this:
*Apply a mesh modifier to the model and make it like a planar patchwork.
*Apply UVW and unwarp modifier.
*Use a plugin called Texporter to get a tempalte when making the texturing.
*Use photoshop or something else to paint the texture.
Is there any faster ways if the quality of the texture is'nt that important?
And I would also be glad if someone has the name of a good program to animate the texture.
