Bink File format

Anyone know where to find the .bik and .smk file format spec (no, it''s not on wotsit) ...
Or did anyone reverse engeneered it ?

Bink & smacker are from radtools. They have a SDK. However, since is costs major $$$ to use the tools to create bink and smacker files, it is not worth it.

I don''t want their SDK
I just want the file spec.
I know it''s illegal, and if I get it, it''s only because someone could have reverse engeneered it
