Many of you saw my last model, im improving it where it was suggested, starting with a complete remake of the legs. I would also enjoy some feedback on the shoes because they where difficult and im still not sure about them. Thank you, ratings ++ for helpfull comments. http://img.villagephotos.com/p/2005-1/943055/LEG.JPG -slowpid
You need to tighten the calves up vertically, emphasize the shin bone a bit more, and thin the ankles. The back of the leg shows off the errors most prominently.

Search around for calf anatomy like this.

The calf muscle peaks about halfway or so down the shinbone on the back, and has two heads. Right now it looks too symmetrical from the front and back views, and too rounded. I understand that this is supposed to be a casual-normal person, so there wouldn't be rippling definition, but there needs to be some better indication of where the calf muscle is (like you successfully did elsewhere on the leg for different muscles). Also, the cross-section of the ankle is closer to a diamond... its a bit hard to tell on the renders, but I think the back of the ankle (Achilles tendon) needs to be defined more by pulling in the area around it... or perhaps not. This are easy things to fix, the rest of the leg looks very good (not sure about the shoe though... I assume you mean for it to be designed like that. But I think perhaps it is fitting too close to the foot. But I am not sure exactly what they are made of, etc., just something for you yourself to consider, not saying its wrong or right).
