Out of all Borland RAD Tools, which one is the best & easiest to use to create 3D Dos games?
The most common Borland RAD tools, C++ Builder and Delphi, cannot create DOS executables. They only create Windows executables. Older versions of Borland C++ may be able to create DOS executables.

To do 3D rendering in DOS, you must either write the 3D renderer yourself or use the Mesa library. Mesa implements the OpenGL API in a portable library and provides some hardware acceleration when available.
