hey Im in the designing process of a mmorpg and there are a few questions I have in my mind the first one is: should I think about the hosting before I fully start the development. 2nd: how much would game hosting cost. 3rd: where can I find a sponsor.

Well ultimately you have to pay for the servers/bandwidth and so you will need to include that in your planning. No point in developing your game and then not having enough money left to host it.

That will depend entirely on how much hosting/bandwidth you game needs. You will need to calculate that first before approaching hosting companies to get quotes.
