How do you uninstall windows?

You don't really, you generally install another OS overtop, [easy] or use some partitioning tool to futz with the tables and the MBR [slightly more difficult, and generally more difficult]

Put your Windows CD in the drive, reboot your computer, then follow the instructions.
"Debugging is twice as hard as writing the code in the first place. Therefore, if you write the code as cleverly as possible, you are, by definition, not smart enough to debug it." — Brian W. Kernighan
you may have to use fdisk. I once had a hard time uninstalling fedora.
These tears..leave scars...as they run down my face.
Fdisking did not work.

I have windows already.
"fdisk /mbr" with fix your master boot record I belive. I reccomend you double check.

Um, it can take up a lot less. If you didn't want it to take up that much space, why did you make it's partition so big?
