Are these two different drives, or are they two partitions on the same drive?

Also, what would you like to have instead of Linux in that space? Empty room for Windows, perhaps?

In either case you will need to use some kind of partitioning program. I have no idea if there are any decent free ones available for Windows, but there are for Linux. Unfortunately, of course, you want to get rid of Linux.

In this case you might be able to use a Fedora install CD as a rescue disc and perform repartitioning from there. I'll be able to be more detailed once you answer the questions above.
