Google for "Super Audio Editor 12". If you cant find it, try it again with different letters capitalized.

Um, what is? There are multiple audio editors, and some are free.

Find out where this file came from. "BIG" and "it came from my friend" is not enough information to go on. Create a new thread if and when you have this information, this thread serves no purpose.
