You're not going to get that sort of accuracy with this naive approach I'm afraid. Language is complex, redundant, and ambiguous, and English is among the worst offenders in each case.

I don't know if you have a solution yet to the ambiguous question/statement issue below. It's trivial if you can guarantee they will punctuate appropriately, so maybe that should be a constraint on your input if possible.
